DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO

Absolutely!!! Liberty Vinyls is a veteran owned business, and we know first hand what it's like to need kick ass items delivered to you while you're abroad or at sea.  

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM STICKERS/DECALS?

Of course! Custom work is why we got into the vinyl business and the reason that we love what we do.  If you have an idea or a concept let us know at info@libertyvinyls.com and we will bring your ideas to life.  

Based on the nature of custom work, we couldn't possibly leave a price list for every concept.  Prices will vary based on the size, type of media, complexity of design and other factors.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unsatisfied with your product, reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right.  We are a family run business and for the most part, our customers are friends, referrals and family that we've met throughout our travels across the globe .  

Apparel

​Apparel items are made to order and not eligible for returns.  In the event an item arrives damaged or defective please contact us at info@libertyvinyls please email images of the items, as well as photos of the shipping box/container that the item arrived in.  After claim is processed and reviewed, we will arrange to have damaged items replaced.  

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are non returnable.  A proof of custom orders will be provided for approval prior to production.  Custom work will not be started without approval from the client.  

Items with Free Shipping

Returns on items that include free shipping will be credited for the item ONLY, less the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) to you.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.  

Damage in Shipping:

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged.  Please report the damage within 48 hours.  Please email images of the damaged items, as well as photos of the shipping box/container that the item arrived in.  After claim is processed and reviewed, we will arrange to have damaged items replaced.
